About me

I was born on 08 April 1958, the son of a watchmaking family in Bad Langensalza. After school, I completed an apprenticeship as a computer and typewriter mechanic. After graduation, I began my training as a watchmaker and then acquired the championship title. Later, I took over my father's watchmaking company. There I deal with the sale of watches and jewelery and the repair of complicated watches. During my many years of work, I have gained a lot of experience. Some time ago, I moved from Germany to Thailand to live in Chiang Mai, more precisely in the Doi Saket district. The chiang mai people here are verry friendly and nice. To live here is very peaceful.

This watch did not work reliably and the hands sometimes stopped. Error: the movement was not 100% fixed in the case and the movement was too loose. The friction of the hand movement has been reset and the work attachment has been modified. The movement ring was modified at the points of the fastening screws by 1.5mm. Only now could the movement in the case be firmly clamped.
